Hello, My name is Jose this journey for me started in 2007 when I was delivering medical equipment (hospital beds) and commercial gases. I wanted just a bit more so in 2010 I got my CDL A license and off I went driving cross country delivering by team and then solo either dry van or reefer trailer goods. But the intent was to eventually drive locally in Ventura County so after two years I came back home and got a "regular" job until that opportunity would arrive. In 2013 I started to drive for a big LTL company doing pick ups and deliveries in Santa Barbara, CA. I would drive a set of doubles to Goleta and begin my day, did that 5 years when I decided again I wanted just little more and decided that it was time to start my own business. 2018 was the beginning of JOSE LEMUS Trucking and it started incredibly, there were some frustration, mainly from the fact that I bought a used truck and something always needed fixing. I'm now at a cross roads, the trucking industry has been on a down trend for a couple of years and I just don't see the light, I was going to shut this site down but didn't realize it automatically renewed my subscription so I guessed I better make the most of it. They say do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life, well I haven't worked a day in 16 years, I love this industry and want to be apart of it, even though it frustrates me to no end. I've said all that to say that I am here and available, I want to continue this journey and would be pleased if you would join me.
